Refund and Returns Policy

However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a purchase. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Books must be purchased directly from Yellow Bird Publications.
  • Returns are accepted for educational books for LKG to 12th class.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Books must be in their original, unopened condition.
  • The book should not show any signs of wear, damage, or marking.
  • All accompanying materials, such as CDs or access codes, must be included.

Return Process:

Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of purchase to initiate the return process.

  • Provide your order details, including the order number, purchase date, and the specific book(s) you wish to return.
  • Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Packaging and Shipping:

  • Pack the book(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include the RMA number provided by our Customer Support team on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the designated return address provided by our Customer Support team.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refund or Exchange:

  • Once we receive the returned book(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for books that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
